Shipping Policy

Products sold on this site are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not approved for human or animal consumption.

Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Orders held for verification, address correction or payment review are dispatched once the issue is resolved.

Standard domestic delivery is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch. Expedited services, where offered, are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Available destinations, methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs duties, taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Clearance delays are outside our control.

Shipment protection is included on every order. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Report a damaged, lost or undeliverable shipment within 7 days of the delivery or attempted-delivery scan, quoting your order number and the batch number printed on the vial.

Packages returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout may be subject to a reshipment charge. [POLICY PENDING]
