Return & Refund Policy

Products sold on this site are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not approved for human or animal consumption.

Research materials are handling- and temperature-sensitive and their condition cannot be verified once they leave our control. For that reason we do not accept returns or issue refunds for ordering errors, change of mind, or unwanted items after dispatch.

An order can be cancelled while it is still being prepared. Once the shipping label has been generated the order cannot be cancelled.

Contact order support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the batch number printed on the vial, and photographs of the outer packaging, presentation box and vials.

Where a claim is accepted we will arrange a replacement or a refund of the affected line at our discretion.

Please contact order support before raising a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed. Chargebacks filed without contact may result in the account being closed to future orders. [POLICY PENDING]
